I was lost and the nice Pastor willy saw me asking other people were to go to get to my suite # number and actuality in the doorway as he was leaving and I was coming in confused 😕 🫤 he shook my hand and told me he would show me where the elevator was and took me to my check-in point on that floor to register for my .!! At New Hope Weight Loss as my DR. referred me to get weight loss counseling on right food to eat and portions ,, Kimberly was a lovely 😍 friendly caring diet counselor i worked with was utterly amazed 😊 at how to the point specific she was was about everything even how many grams of food and different food types just amazed at how she questioned me on what I had been eating on a regular basis 😅 but having different healthy ways and tasty might I add are possible !!!I would suggest 🤔 their weight loss program at COMMUNITY FIRST New Hope to all my freind's , relatives, and to you strangers period very organized freindly and follow up once a month on your progress o give them a 10""""and five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sincerely and thank you 😊 New Hope Weight Loss you've surely given me a "New Hope",,,,with great respect for seemly caring, being helpful too,,, Karen Palermo : )

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed by an incredible team. Everyone—from the surgeons and nurses to the CNAs—was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere was warm and positive, and every staff member had a great attitude. They were attentive throughout my stay, always making sure I was comfortable, cared for, and in good spirits. What stood out the most was that they never made me feel like I was a burden. Instead, they treated me with compassion and respect, which made my experience so much easier. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and am grateful to everyone who played a part in my recovery. Kudos to the 5th floor and Dr. Tisenga !! Thank you all for everything!!

Well, what can I say? My wife got in a car accident, had terrible pain in her arm, went to their emergency room, got an X-ray, and was told that it was just bruised. The pain continued for days past going there and went somewhere else. For a second opinion, got an X-ray. And it was clearly broken Ray Charles could have seen this break and to make sure that maybe It was a fracture. that wasn't noticeable at the original x. Ray, we got the X-ray records from commute. First and the break was just as clear as it was as when we got the second opinion so as far as a hospital goes, if they're gonna let you walk it out of there with a broken arm. And the X-ray clearly shows it. It makes you think about the competency of their X-ray tech technicians, doctors and facility as a whole. I guess if you need an emergency room. And that's where they bring you all I can say is ask questions , be vigilant , and if you feel there's something wrong , you know , you're own body demand to get proper treatment. I was very upset with what happened to my wife. If I can find the x-rays, I'll post the video or the pictures at least so everybody can see how horrible it was. And what made me feel so much wo

My wife had her colonoscopy at Community First Medical Center today, performed by Dr. Heydarpour…he was great… a very warm and calming demeanor, which was much appreciated.! The support staff was excellent…everyone was so nice! The hospital was very clean…my wife and I loved the bed warmers! I also enjoyed a tasty omelette from the nice cafeteria…keep up the great work Community First Medical Center!

This hospital needs to be shut down , I don’t understand how it’s still open the e.r rooms are molded and rusty , the e.r waiting area water fountain doesn’t work the hospital has no air it’s super hot … the staff has personal fans here …. My mom been waiting 3 days to get a room in the icu department they said they are short staffed … I witnessed multiple arguments between the staffs …. ( but I must say the staff is great ) I feel sorry for them working under these conditions… who is the owner , they are very cheap and needs to be held accountable for how this hospital is being kept up ….
